Delivery timeWe ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the country. For items we source to order, we'll give you an estimated ship date with your quote.
Response timeWe usually reply within 24 hours (Japan time, JST). Messages sent overnight (Japan time) are answered the next day.
Lost or damaged parcelsEvery parcel ships with carrier insurance. If it is lost or damaged, we refund or reship up to the insurance coverage. For damage, please send photos of the box and items by DM within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations & returnsYou can cancel freely before payment. After payment, we cannot accept cancellations or returns, except for damaged items or items that differ from your order.

How can I check that Libero is a real company?
You can look up our corporate number (3122001040258) on the official website of Japan's National Tax Agency. Our secondhand goods dealer license number and address are listed in the About Us section.

Yes. We only handle authentic Japanese-edition products sourced in Japan — sealed boxes, single cards and PSA-graded cards are all genuine.
Can I see photos of the actual item before paying?
Yes. Just ask us on Instagram and we'll send photos of the actual item.
Do you work with card shops and resellers?
Yes. We support businesses that need reliable sourcing from Japan and international shipping.
Can I order small quantities?
Let us know the product and quantity you'd like on Instagram. We'll confirm what's possible based on current stock.
Is shipping included in the price?
No, shipping is charged separately. We'll tell you the exact FedEx or DHL cost before you pay.
Who pays customs duties and import tax?
The buyer is responsible for checking and paying any customs duties, VAT or import tax required in the destination country.
Can you mark the parcel as a gift or declare a lower value?
No. We declare the actual value of every shipment, as required by law.
Can you issue an invoice?
